摘要
以碳酸二甲酯为溶剂,BF3/碳酸二甲酯络合物为催化剂,7-氨基-3-乙酰氧甲基-3-头孢烯-4-羧酸(7-ACA)与甲醇进行甲氧基化反应,经三乙胺调酸、过滤、水洗涤、干燥,得到7-氨基-3-甲氧甲基-3-头孢烯-4-羧酸(简称7-AMCA),纯度大于99.0%,收率可达85.0%(n/n)。方法操作简便,溶剂低毒易回收,成本低,产物纯度高,适合工业生产。
Using dimethyl carbonate as solvent, BF3/dimethyl carbonate complex as catalyst,7-ACA and methanol as the starting materials, after a process including triethylamine acid adjustment, filtration, water washing, and drying, 7-amino-3-methoxymethyl-3-cefene-4-carboxylic acid (7-AMCA) was obtained with a purity of 99.0% and a molar yield of 85.0%. The process showed the advantages of easy operation, solvent easy recovery, low cost and high purity, which was suitable for industrial production.
