基于多重约束的电动汽车充电服务调度研究与实现

摘要 随着电动汽车产业的蓬勃发展,与之配套的各种充换电站快速发展起来,然而,大量电动汽车的无序充电,会引起电网、充电服务网络管理的混乱和充电客户不满。通过提前规划、优化电网和充电服务网络,引入中间充电调度服务商,利用互联网+思维,分层智能服务调度,在化解电网负荷实时平衡、安全经济调度和充电服务网络高效利用、充电客户满意率高的同时,使有限的电网功率和充电资源充分满足电动汽车充电的多样化服务需求。 Along with the vigorous development of electric vehicle industry, matched battery swap stations have sprung up like mushrooms across the country where needed. However,the unordered charging of a large number of electric vehicles will cause the disorder of power grid and charging service network management and dissatisfaction of customers that need charging.Introducing middleman for charging dispatch service,utilizing Internet + idea and layered intelligent service dispatch through advanced planning,optimized power grid and charging service network will not only neutralize multiple restrictions of real time balance of network load,safe and economical dispatch, but also make limited power network rate and charging service satisfy the diversified service of electric vehicle charging in the meantime.
