摘要
针对某公司1 000 MW超超临界直流锅炉低温过热器氧化皮剥落、堆积堵塞弯头,使低温过热器管子内蒸汽流量降低,短时过热爆管、泄漏,造成机组非停事件,分析低温过热器氧化皮剥落的原因,采取有效防治措施,控制氧化皮生长速率和改变氧化皮的剥落方式,增加机组稳定运行的可靠性。
Aiming at the 1 000 MW supercritical once-through boiler low temperature overheater oxide peeling and bend stacking and blocking of in a company,causing steam flow reducing in the low temperature overheater pipe,pipe explosion and leakage due to overheating in short time and unplanned stopping of units,this paper has analyzed the causes above,adopted effective and preventive measures to control the growth rate of the oxide peeling and the way to change the oxide peeling off methods.The liability of stable operation of the unit is increased.
