3种当归粉的粉体学性质比较研究 被引量:4

Comparative study on micropowder characteristics of three kinds of Angelica powder

摘要 目的比较当归粗粉、当归极细粉及当归超微粉的粉体学性质与阿魏酸溶出度。方法对3种当归不同粉体测定其粉体特性,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定阿魏酸的溶出度。色谱柱:Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流速:1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长:316 nm,柱温:28℃;流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸水梯度洗脱。结果粗粉、极细粉和超微粉的粒径分别为106.62,83.02,50.02μm。这3种粉的休止角分别为50.27°,51.72°,35.06°。当归超微粉碎后阿魏酸溶出度有不同程度的提高。结论适宜的超微粉化能促进当归有效成分的溶出。 Objective To compare of the micromeritics characteristics and Ferulic acid dissolution of the Chinese Angelica extract powder,angelica superfine powder and Angelica micropowder fragments of the properties of powder. Methods The powder properties of three different powders of Angelica sinensis were determined. The dissolution of ferulic acid were determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Chromatographic conditions were column: Kromasil C18 column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),flow rate: 1. 0 m L · min^(-1),detection wavelength: 316 nm,column temperature: 28 ℃,mobile phase: acetonitrile-0. 05% phosphoric acid gradient wash take off. Results Particle size: coarse powder 106. 62 μm,extremely fine powder 83. 02 μm,ultrafine powder 50. 02 μm. Repose angle: coarse powder 50. 27 °,extremely fine powder 51. 72 °,ultrafine powder 35. 06 °. The dissolution rate of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis were all increased to some extent.Conclusion The appropriate ultramicronization can promote the dissolution of active components in Angelica sinensis.
