Higher Integration of Education's Local Experience, Dilemma and Path

本研究针对N高校残疾大学生融合教育的典型个案经验进行研究,认为构建"需要为本"型支持环境、"特普融通"型创新机制和"资源整合"型实训体系是高等融合教育实践创新的重要路径,同时还需要着力破解教师融合教育能力不足、残疾学生教育排斥、就业创业路径不畅等困境,并尝试通过优化精准教育扶贫机制、创新融合教学方式、拓宽就业创业路径等策略,积极推进高等融合教育体系建设和完善。

The study aims at the typical case experiences of integrated education for disabled college students in N universities and believes that a ＂needs-based＂ support environment is established, and that the ＂T＆P-integrated＂ innovation mechanism and the ＂ resources integration＂ training system are advanced fusions. The important path of innovation in education practice need to focus on cracking the teacher＇s lack of integration of educational capacity, education exclusion of disabled students, employment and entrepreneurship path, and other difficulties, and try to optimize poverty alleviation mechanism of precision education, innovation and integration of teaching methods, expand employment and entrepreneurship path. Strategy actively promote the construction and improvement of advanced integrated education system.
