摘要
针对高校区域,选择合适的快件末端派送模式,解决北京SF公司快件派送的“最后一公里”问题成为北京SF公司高校区域派送成败的关键.介绍目前高校主要的快件末端派送模式,对快件末端派送模式选择的评价指标进行了研究,以派送成本、派送服务体验、派送快件经营网点、派送设施支撑能力和派送物件特性为五个状态指标,构建了北京SF公司高校区域快件末端派送模式选择评价指标体系,利用熵权法和FAHP方法相结合,使各个评价指标的权重更加客观,得出的评价结果更具有说服力.并且引入TOPSIS法有效解决快件末端派送模式选择评价的多目标决策问题,并对各备选模式进行了定量排序,选取目前具有代表性的北京SF公司高校区域进行实证研究,为选择评价北京SF公司高校区域快件末端派送模式的决策提供依据.
For the university area, choosing appropriate express delivery mode, solving the "last kilometer" problem of Beijing SF company express delivery has become the successful key of dispatching on university area. Introducing the current the university area's main express delivery mode, studied the selection and evaluation index of express terminal delivery mode, the five status indicators are delivery cost, delivery service experience, delivery express business outlets, delivery facility support capacity and delivery object characteristics, the selection and evaluation index system of Beijing SF university area express terminal delivery model was established, Combined Entropy weight method and FAHP method, it makes the weight of each evaluation index more objective and the results are more convincing. Moreover, the TOPSIS method is introduced to solve the multi-objective decision problem of the selection and evaluation of the express terminal delivery mode, and the alternative models are quantitatively sorted, selecting the representative university area in Beijing SF company for empirical research, it provides a basis for selecting and evaluating the terminal delivery mode of university area in Beijing SF company.
