上海市石洞口片区污泥干化焚烧处理工程设计总结与分析

Summary on sludge drying and incineration treatment project design for Shanghai Shidongkou area

石洞口区域作为上海市中心城区三大污水处理片区之一,始终致力于片区集中式污泥干化焚烧处理模式的实践与探索,片区内建设有全国第一座污泥干化焚烧厂,运行至今已有十几年历史,为上海市乃至全国的污泥处理处置提供了宝贵的经验。通过回顾石洞口片区污泥处理工程的发展历程,阐述了片区污泥处理处置技术路线的选择,介绍了集约化污水、污泥处理厂厂平布置和污泥处理系统的协同设计。同时,提出了污泥干化焚烧工程设计中的一些注意点,包括污泥量和工程规模确定时的注意事项、污泥杂质的去除和污泥的均质调节,着重探讨了污泥含水率和热值对工艺设计的影响。

Shidongkou area,one of the three wastewater treatment districts in city center of Shanghai,is always trying the practice and exploration of centralized sludge drying and incineration treatment model.Here we constructed the first sludge drying and incineration plant in China and it has been running for more than ten years till now,which provides valuable sludge treatment and disposal experience for Shanghai and even the whole country.Through review of the development of sludge treatment projects in Shidongkou area,the choice of technical route of sludge treatment and disposal,the intensive layout of sewage and sludge treatment plant and the collaborative design of regional sludge treatment system are introduced in this paper.At the same time,some attention points in design of the sludge drying and incineration project are put forward,including precautions in determining sludge quantity and project scale,removal of sludge impurities and sludge homogenization,especially the influence of moisture content and heat value on process design.
