响应面法优化太子参渣中多糖提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的利用提取过皂苷的太子参渣为原料提取多糖,有效提高太子参在增强免疫、抗氧化等方面的利用率。方法在单因素的试验基础上采用Plackett-Burman试验比较多糖得率筛选因素,运用Box-Behnken响应面分析法优化多糖提取工艺。结果优化的太子参渣中提取多糖的工艺条件为:料液比1:30(g/ml)(溶剂为30%浓度的乙醇溶液),提取温度80℃,提取时间115 min。在此提取条件下多糖得率达6.01%±0.03%,纯度为20.80%±0.13%。与直接从太子参中提取多糖的得率6.52%±0.06%和纯度17.56%±0.09%相比,得率接近、纯度明显提高。结论本课题开发的工艺有效提高太子参利用率,应用前景看好。 To improve the utilization rate of Radix Pseudostellariae,we optimized techniques of extracting polysaccharides from Radix Pseudostellariae dregs. The Radix Pseudostellariae residues extracted saponin was used as material to extract polysaccharides. Based on monofactorial experiments,main factors were selected from the Plackett-Burman experiments according to the yield of polysaccharides,and further optimized by a Box-Behnken response surface test. The optimized extraction conditions included material to liquid(30% ethyl alcohol)at 1:30(g/ml),80 ℃ for 115 min. Under the conditions,the yield and purity of polysaccharides were 6.01%±0.03% and20.80% ±0.13%,respectively. Compared to the direct extraction polysaccharides from Radix Pseudostellariae with a yield of 6.52%±0.06% and a purity of 17.56%±0.09%,the polysaccharides yield of residues was similar,while the purity was improved. In conclusion,the developed extraction technique can effectively improve the utilization level of Radix Pseudostellariae,and has good application prospect.
