摘要 亲环素A(cyclophilin A,CyPA)是一种广泛表达的结构与功能比较保守的肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶,能催化蛋白质中脯氨酸残基的顺反变构,从而调节蛋白质的折叠及空间构象。CyPA最初作为免疫抑制剂环孢素A(cyclosporine A,CsA)细胞内的结合靶点被发现,提示CyPA可能在细胞信号转导中发挥重要功能。此后越来越多的研究发现CyPA既可以介导细胞内信号的传递,也可以通过自分泌或旁分泌形式与细胞膜受体CD147结合,促发细胞内信号产生。CyPA通过对细胞信号的调节,得以发挥众多重要的生物学功能。本文主要介绍近年发现的CyPA在细胞信号传导上的重要作用,以冀为更好的理解与研究CyPA在疾病中的重要作用提供新的思路。 Cyclophilin A(CyPA) is a widely expressed peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase with structural and functional conservatism. CyPA can catalyze the cis-trans formation of proline residues in proteins to regulate protein folding and spatial conformation. CyPA was originally discovered as a binding target for the immunosuppressive durg cyclosporine A(CsA), suggesting that CyPA may play an important role in cell signaling. Since then, more and more studies have found that CyPA can mediate the transmission of intracellular signals; while the excellular CyPA can also bind to its cell membrane receptor CD147 to promote intracellular signal production. Through the regulation of cellular signals, CyPA exerts many important biological functions in diseases. This review mainly introduces the important advances of CyPA in cell signaling in recent years, and provides new ideas for better understanding and further research on the important role of CyPA in diseases..
