摘要
针对目前电力配线运营维护中由于多系统共存导致的调度、运行和检修效率低下以及管理协调问题,提出了一种采用电力GIS和GPS定位技术的交互式移动运维系统。该系统基于C/S架构,移动运维终端通过无线和有线网络与运维管理终端相连;集成电力GIS功能,以可视化手段展示通信设备、运维人员和线路故障的具体位置。运维人员可以使用集成GPS模块的无线移动终端进行现场操作和维护,以实现实时上报电力通信线路的故障定位和现场运维情况的功能。
In view of the low efficiency of scheduling, operation and overhaul and management coordination in the current power distribution operation and maintenance due to the coexistence of multiple systems, an interactive mobile operation and maintenance system based on power GIS and GPS positioning technology was proposed. The system was based on the C/S architecture. The mobile operation and maintenance terminal was connected to the operation and maintenance management terminal through wireless and wired networks. In addition to meeting basic business needs, the system also integrates power GIS capabilities to visualize communications resources, operation and maintenance personnel, and line failures. The operation and maintenance personnel can use the wireless mobile terminal integrated with the GPS module to operate and maintain, and can accurately locate the failure of the power communication line in real time.
