伴随着政府购买社会工作服务的大力推进,社会工作评估正朝向专业化和职业化的方向发展。然而,现行的社会工作评估方法和流程大多是通用性、普适性的论述,涉及评估的方方面面,缺乏针对性。因此,社会工作干预项目的评估方法和流程应针对社会工作干预项目评估计划的制定、评估过程的实施以及评估汇报和伦理等方面进行方法和流程方面的论述,为社工机构和评估人员提供参考。

With the further implementation of government＇s sponsor of social work service, development of social work evaluation is bound for professionalization. However, the method and process of current social work program evaluation is presented in general and universal discourses, covering all aspects of evaluation while lacking in specificity. This paper focuses on the evaluation method and process for social work intervention program, specifically discusses the method and process in the formulation of evaluation plan for social work intervention program, its execution, evaluation report and ethics, offering a reference for social work agencies and evahiators.
