超声造影及增强CT鉴别诊断肾脏小肿瘤良恶性的比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的比较超声造影(CEUS)和增强CT(CECT)在肾脏小肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断中的价值。方法对121例共125个肾脏小肿瘤进行CEUS及CECT检查,以病理结果为金标准,比较两种方法对肾脏小肿瘤的诊断价值。结果 CEUS和CECT鉴别诊断肾脏小肿瘤的敏感性、特异性分别为95.15%和93.20%、77.27%和63.64%。"快进"在超声造影和增强CT鉴别诊断肾脏肿瘤中均具有很高的诊断价值,灵敏度分别为100%和85.25%,退出方式在超声造影和增强CT鉴别诊断肾脏小肿瘤良恶性的敏感度、特异度分别为62.14%和85.44%、63.64%和100%。结论 CEUS及CECT在诊断肾脏小肿瘤的良恶性中均具有较高的诊断价值,两者联合运用可明显提高诊断的灵敏度和特异度。 Objective To compare the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)and contrast enhanced CT(CECT)in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant in small renal tumors.Methods 121 patients with 125 small renal tumors were examined by CEUS and CECT.The diagnostic value of two methods was compared with pathological results.Results The sensitivity and specificity of CEUS and CECT in differential diagnosis of small renal tumors were 95.15% and 93.20%,77.27% and 63.64%respectively.The feature of"rapid rush"in had higher diagnostic value in the differential diagnosis of renal tumors by CEUS and CECT,with a sensitivity of 100% and 85.25%respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of methods in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant renal tumors were 62.14% and 85.44%,63.64% and100%,respectively.Conclusion CEUS and CECT are of high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant renal small tumors.Combined of two methods can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity.
