不同配比对脱氟磷酸三钙性能的影响 被引量:1

The Influence on the Properties of Tricalcium De-Fluorophosphate Through Adopting Different Ratios

摘要 以磷酸氢钙为原料,采用高温固相法制备脱氟磷酸三钙,通过控制不同Ca、P质量比,探究不同配比对产品性能及产率的影响,同时,对样品进行X射线衍射分析。结果显示,不同Ca、P质量比影响产品质量及产率,在煅烧温度及时间不变的情况下,当Ca、P质量比为5.5∶1时最佳,与国内行业标准进行比较发现,产品符合国内产品质量要求。 Tricalcium de-fluorophosphate was prepared by solid phase method with high temperature by using calcium hydrogen phosphate as raw material. The influence on product performance and yield were explored by regulating different weight ratios of calcium and phosphorus. Meanwhile,X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out on these samples. It showed that product quality and production rate was decided by different weight ratios of calcium and phosphorus. Compared with the domestic industry standards,the conclusion was reached that under the condition of constant calcination temperature and time. It is the best when the weight ratio of calcium and phosphorus is 5. 5∶ 1. And the quality of products can meet the requirements of domestic markets.
