n-3 HUFA对草鱼脂肪细胞大小和水解能力的影响

摘要 通过研究n-3 HUFA对草鱼脂肪细胞直径大小、水解能力影响,为n-3 HUFA在草鱼脂质营养中的相关理论提供参考。将72尾草鱼稚鱼以12尾/缸的密度随机投放于6个室内水族箱中,随机分为两组,分别饲喂猪油组(以猪油为主要脂肪源的饲料)和鱼油组饲料(以鱼油为主要脂肪源的饲料),进行了为期95d的饲养试验。饲养试验结束后,分离脂肪组织,测定脂肪细胞大小、脂肪细胞甘油和游离脂肪酸释放。通过显微镜下拍照测量统计发现,鱼油组脂肪细胞略大于猪油组,试剂盒检测发现鱼油组脂肪细胞内甘油三酯含量也相应高于猪油组,但差异不显著;鱼油组脂肪细胞甘油和游离脂肪酸的释放量显著高于猪油组。n-3 HUFA可通过调控脂质水解,改变草鱼腹腔脂肪细胞大小和数量,最终降低草鱼腹腔脂肪蓄积。这为n-3 HUFA在草鱼营养中的作用提供理论依据,同时也为生产实践提供思路,具有较大的理论意义和经济意义。 A 95-day feeding trial was conducted to determine the effects of n-3 HUFA on lipid metabolism and health status in a freshwater fish species grass carp. A total of 72 experimental fish were randomly assigned into 6 tanks and fed with these two kinds of experimental diet,lard oil( LO) or fish oil( FO). The results showed that the group fed with fish oil had a larger cell size than the group fed with lard oil,but not significant. The glycerol and free fatty acid( FFA) released by the group fed with fish oil were more significant than the group fed with lard oil. As a conclusion,it was found that n-3 HUFA can reduce lipid accumulation in grass carp. This research may not only let us have a better understanding on the roles of n-3 HUFA in signal pathway of fish lipid metabolism,but also provide a novel idea for the use of these fatty acids in the production of fish.
