Electrical experiments is a hot exam point in college entrance exam. This paper,taking power electromotive force measurement as an example,made a detailed explore on the required abilities like identifying and solving problems,instruments handling,phenomenon observing and analyzing,data recording and handling,as well as conclusion drawing and evaluating. It further argued that the key points of getting desired score in college entrance exam is to command comprehensively the acquired knowledge like physics,mathematics,experiments and instruments handling,etc.
