摘要
目的调查分析河南省147株临床鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的耐药性。方法通过微量肉汤稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度,药物敏感性结果根据临床实验室标准协会来确定。结果 147株临床鼠伤寒沙门氏菌对传统药物产生较高的耐药性。对氨苄西林、四环素、磺胺异恶唑的耐药率较高均为89. 80%,此外对5种一线治疗药物中的至少一种表现出较高的耐药性,即环丙沙星(29. 25%),头孢噻呋(17. 00%),头孢曲松(16. 33%),阿奇霉素(10. 20%)和头孢西丁(6. 12%)。147株中91. 15%为多重耐药菌株,4. 08%的菌株对所有抗生素耐药。结论河南省临床分离的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的多重耐药性比较严重,因此持续监测抗生素耐药性的变化是非常有必要的。
Objective To investigate the antimicrobial resistance among 147 Salmonella enterica Serovar Typhimurium(S. Typhimurium) isolates in Henan Province.Methods Minimum inhibitory concentration was determined by broth microdilution. Drug sensitivity results were interpreted according to the recommendations of the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute.Results In this study, the 147 S. Typhimurium isolates examined exhibited high rates of resistance to older-generation antimicrobials. There were 89.80% of the isolates which were resistant to ampicillin, tetracycline or sulfisoxazole. Some isolates showed strong resistance to at least one of five first-line treatment agents, namely, ciprofloxacin(29.25%),ceftiofur(17.00%), ceftriaxone(16.33%),azithromycin(10.20%),and cefoxitin(6.12%). In total, 134 ( 91.15 %) isolates were MDR and six (4.08%) were resistant to all classes of antimicrobials tested.Conclusion The situation of drug resistance of clinical isolates of S. Typhimurium was rather serious in Henan province, so continuous surveillance of changes in antibiotic resistance is necessary.
