住院患儿9种呼吸道病原体检测结果分析

摘要 目的通过对9种呼吸道病原体抗体Ig M的检测及结果分析,探讨患儿呼吸道感染的病原体分布情况。方法采集2 996例患儿(0~6岁)的血标本,采用间接免疫荧光法(IFA),检测血清中9种呼吸道感染病原体的Ig M抗体,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 2 996例标本中共检出1 501例阳性标本,阳性率为50. 1%(1 501/2 996)。嗜肺军团菌(LP)、肺炎支原体(MP)、Q热立克次体(CB)、肺炎衣原体(CP)、腺病毒(ADV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、甲型流感病毒(IFVA)、乙型流感病毒(IFVB)、副流感病毒(PIV)的阳性率分别为6. 48%、19. 36%、0. 67%、0. 37%、1. 10%、2. 57%、1. 37%、4. 97%及16. 36%。男女患儿的感染阳性率分别为50. 18%和49. 23%,男女比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。0~1岁、1~3岁、3~6岁的感染率分别为35. 52%、47. 62%、55. 90%。春、夏、秋、冬季的感染率分别为41. 13%、47. 83%、51. 26%及50. 62%。结论不同年龄段和不同季节,患儿呼吸道感染病原体种类较多,变异性较大,MP和PIV是本次调查中洛阳地区呼吸道感染病例中的主要病原体。 Objective To analyze the virus IgM detection results of nine respiratory pathogens among children respiratory infections and investigate viral distribution.Methods Blood samples were collected from 2 996 children (0~6 years old). By Immunofluorescence analyze (IFA), nine respiratory pathogens IgM were detected and all the results were statistically analyzed.Results The total positive rate for the nine virus detection was 50.1% in 2 996 specimens. The positive rate were 6.48%、19.36%、0.67%、 0.37 %、 1.10% 、2.57%、1.37%、4.97% and 16.36% for legionella pneumophila(LP), mycoplasma pneumophila(MP), coxiella burnetii(CB), chlamydophila pneumoniae(CP), adenovirus(ADV), respitatory syncytial virus(RSV), influenzavirus A(IFVA), influenzavirus B(IFVB) and parainfluenza(PIV) respectively. The positive rate of infection in male and female children was 50.18% and 49.23%, respectively. There was no significant difference between male and female( P 〉0.05). The total positive rat were 35.52%、47.62% and 55.90% for 0-1, 1-3 and 3-6 years old, respectively. The total positive rat were 41.13%、 47.83% 、51.26% and 50.62% for Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter respectively.Conclusion MP and PIV were the main pathogens leading to respiratory infection in Luoyang district,and the dominant pathogens were different among different age groups during the different seasons.
