摘要
近年来,习得性无助行为(learned helplessness)作为抑郁症的动物模型之一,得到越来越广泛并深入的研究.通过利用多种动物模型,包括狗、啮齿类和果蝇等建立的行为范式,对习得性无助的行为表现和神经回路等方面的理解也更加深入和全面.本文通过回顾习得性无助行为的发现,总结了其在啮齿类动物模型和果蝇模型中的研究成果,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望,便于读者把握相关领域的全貌.
As one of the animal models of depression learned helplessness(LH) has been studied more widely and intensively in recent decades. After establishing research models using different species, including dogs, rodents and also Drosophila, findings in behaviors and neural circuitry provide many new insights in the phenomenon LH.By reviewing the findings of LH and important research results in rodents and Drosophila, also prospecting research directions in the future, this article could give readers a whole picture of field LH.
