不同冠状动脉病变程度冠心病患者血浆ApoA、ApoB和同型半胱氨酸水平变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨不同冠状动脉病变程度冠心病患者血浆ApoA、ApoB水平变化和同型半胱氨酸变化。方法选取2015年12月至2017年12月治疗的90例冠心病患者为试验组,根据冠脉病变支数分为三支组、双支组和单支组,根据Gensini评分分为≥40分组,40~20分组,<20分组,同期健康体检的90例为对照组,观察比较ApoA、ApoB水平,同型半胱氨酸与冠状动脉Gensini评分关联。结果试验组ApoA、ApoB/ApoA、Hcy较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同冠脉病变支数ApoA、ApoB、ApoB/ApoA、Hcy水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着Gensini评分增加,ApoA水平下降,ApoB和Hcy水平提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ApoA、ApoB水平和同型半胱氨酸可反映冠心病患者脂质代谢紊乱,在冠心病临床诊断中发挥重要作用,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma ApoA and ApoB levels and homocysteine in patients with different degrees of coronary artery disease. Methods A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled as research group. According to the number of coronary lesions,the research patients were divided into three branches group,two branches groups and single branch group. According to the Gensini score,the research patients were divided into ≥40 scores group,20 scores≤ and 40 scores group, 20 scores group. Moreover the other 90 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital were enrolled as the control group. The correlation between the levels of ApoA,ApoB and homocysteine as well as Gensini score of coronary artery disease was analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the levels of ApoA,ApoB/ApoA and Hcy between the two groups( P〈0. 05). There were no significant differences in the levels of ApoA,ApoB,ApoB/ApoA and Hcy in patients with different number of coronary artery lesion( P〈0. 05). The ApoA levels in patients with high Gensini scroes were significantly decreased,as compared with those in the patients with low Gensini score,and the levels of ApoB and Hcy in patients with high Gensini score were significantly increased,as compared with those of patients with low Gensini score( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The levels of ApoA,ApoB and homocysteine can reflect the disorder of lipid metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease,which play an important role in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease,thus,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
