高等中医院校护理实习生及毕业生追踪量表的编制及信效度检验

Establishment of nursing interns and graduates tracking scales in higher TCM institutions and its reliability and validity test

[目的]编制高等中医药院校护理实习生与毕业生追踪量表,为在校实习生和毕业生的追踪提供调查工具。[方法]依据我国"本科医学教育标准——护理学专业"的规定与要求,结合现代研究情况制定量表的框架;通过文献查阅拟定量表的条目,采用便利抽样法抽样并对量表进行信度、效度检验。[结果]构建的高等中医药院校护理实习生与毕业生追踪量表结构效度良好,内在一致性系数为0.903,分半信度为0.738,重测信度为0.913。[结论]高等中医药院校护理实习生与毕业生追踪量表整体可接受性好,具有良好的信度和效度,可供护生追踪研究应用。

Objective：To develop a nursing intern and graduate tracking scale in higher TCM institutions,and provide tools for tracking intern students and graduates.Methods：According to the provisions and requirements of China′s ＂Undergraduate Medical Education Standards-Nursing Specialty＂,the framework of the scale was established in combination with the modern research situation.The entries of the scale were constructed through the literature review,the convenient sampling method was used for sampling and the scale was performed reliability and validity test.Results：The constructed nursing interns and graduate tracking scales in higher TCM education institutions had good structural validity,the internal consistency coefficient was 0.903,the split-half reliability was 0.738,and the retest reliability was 0.913.Conclusions：The nursing interns and graduates′tracking scale in higher TCM education institutions had good acceptability,reliability and validity,and it could be used for nursing students′tracking research applications.
