Optimization of Resources Mobilization for Equipment Mobilization in Provincial Military Religion Based on FAHP-TOPSIS

省军区系统装备动员资源选择是完成装备动员工作,提高装备动员效率的基础。分析了影响省军区系统装备动员资源选择的因素,建立了装备动员资源选择决策指标体系,然后采用FAHP-TOPSIS方法对装备动员资源选择问题进行了科学决策,通过案例证明了决策的有效性,为开展省军区系统装备动员资源选择提供了方法支撑。

The resource selection of equipment mobilization in provincial military religion is the basis for completing equipment mobilization and improving equipment mobilization efficiency. Therefore,the factors that affect the selection of resources in the provincial military religion system are analyzed. A decision index system for resource selection of equipment mobilization is established. Then the FAHP-TOPSIS method is used to make scientific decision on the selection of equipment mobilization resources,which provides a method to support the selection of equipment mobilization resources in provincial military religion system.
