摘要 为了确定物料规格和振动特性与混合效率的关系,基于流体力学软件Fluent中的Mixture模型,应用动网格法,对高粘态火炸药多相声共振混合过程进行数值计算。分析了混合时间,振幅,振动频率以及容器形状对混合后药剂密度梯度的影响。结果显示:采用声共振混合方式对炸药进行混合时球形容器的混合效率最高。随着振动时间的增加,药剂密度差呈指数形式减小;随着振幅,频率的增加,达到均匀混合所需的振动时间以指数形式减小。 In order to determine the relationship between material specifications and vibration characteristics and mixing efficiency,the simulation of the multiphase mixing process of high viscosity explosives is carried out by using the Mixture model in the fluid dynamics software fluent,and the dynamic mesh method is adopted. The source code is compiled by the user-defined function. and the sinusoidal motion of the inner grids of the mixed container is realized by compiling and invoking the source code. This paper has also analyzed the influence rule of mixing time,amplitude,vibration frequency,and the container shape on the density gradient of the mixed explosive. The results show that spherical container has the highest mixing efficiency; With the increase of the vibration time,the difference of the agent density decreases exponentially; With the increase of the amplitude and frequency,the vibration time required to achieve uniform mixing decreases exponentially. Therefore,in the actual production,a slight increase in amplitude or frequency can greatly improve the mixing efficiency.
