摘要 不同的非轴对称端壁造型对叶轮机械气动性能的影响很大。本文围绕非轴对称端壁造型方法,介绍了国内外端壁造型的发展历程,分析了所有典型的非轴对称端壁造型方法,阐述了每种造型方法的成型原理,并对一些关键点进行了重点说明。通过分析不同研究对象,发掘不同造型方法的适用范围以及对气动性能的影响,指出每种方法的优势及不足。 Different non-axisymmetric end wall profilings have great impacts on the aero-dynemic performance of turbomachinery. Therefore,the research on the method of end wall profiling becomes more and more important. This paper concentrated on the non-axisymmetric end wall profiling methods. At the beginning,domestic and overseas development history of the non-axisymmetric end wall was introduced.After that,all of the typical Non-axisymmetric end walls profiling methods were analyzed,and the profiling theory of each method was elaborated,and some key points were highlighted as well. By analyzing different objects,we further explored the applicability of different profiling methods and their effects on aerodynamic performance,the advantages and disadvantages of each method was pointed out. Finally,the development of Non-axisymmetric end wall profiling method was prospected.
