摘要
参照模拟雷击试验与涡流分析结果,建立屏蔽罩与复合材料层合板的三维有限元模型,通过施加电热边界与耦合关系,运用ABAQUS仿真软件模拟屏蔽罩保护下复合材料受雷击的损伤结果。通过仿真铜网屏蔽罩保护下遭遇雷击时热、电、力多场耦合作用,得到在大电流下铜网与碳纤维面板的载荷分布场。通过对比不同电流载荷下试件表面热应力分布结果,发现大电流冲击作用于该试件结构时,碳纤维面板的应力水平明显低于铜网,铜网起到了一定吸能保护作用。仿真分析与试验结果相符合,可作为通用方法用于同类研究。
Refering to simulate lightning experiments and eddy current analysis results, a threedimensional finite element model is proposed for composite laminated plates with shielded enclosure. It simulates the real shield protection composites using the lightning strike damage results by applying electric boundary and coupling relationship with ABAQUS. Considering the coupling effect of heat,electricity and force during lightning strike,it analyzes the load distribution field of copper mesh and carbon fiber panel with lightning current inducted. Comparing the specimen surface thermal stress distribution under various load current,it shows that the stress level of carbon fiber panel significantly lower than copper network when big current strikes to the specimen structure, since the copper network plays an endergonic protection. Simulation analysis is consistent with the test results,which can be used as a general method for other similar research.
