摘要
为解决涡轮盘疲劳寿命计算的诸多问题,利用有限元分析方法进行仿真,并通过仿真结果判断涡轮盘应力应变类型,由此使用Manson-Coffin的修正公式对应力应变进行修正,其结果满足低周疲劳寿命的区间范围,具备一定的可行性,在涡轮盘的定性分析工程具有广泛的应用前景。
In order to solve this problem, we implement finite element analysis to instead of the environment test,and then we correct the factor according to the simulation result. Finally we use the Manson-Coffin method revised by Mrrow's to calculate the fatigue life. The result of the finite element analysis method accord with the range of low cycle fatigue. The method has a wide application prospect in qualitative analysis of turbine disk.
