门冬胰岛素联合麦芪降糖丸治疗妊娠期糖尿病临床评价

Clinical Evaluation on Insulin Aspart Combined with Maiqi Jiangtang Pills in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨门冬胰岛素联合麦芪降糖丸治疗妊娠期糖尿病(GMD)的临床效果。方法选取医院2014年10月至2017年9月收治的GDM患者92例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各46例。两组患者均予以重组甘精胰岛素,对照组患者在此基础上予以门冬胰岛素,试验组患者予以门冬胰岛素+麦芪降糖丸。结果患者空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平两组治疗前均无明显差异(P> 0. 05),治疗后,试验组患者各指标均低于对照组(P <0. 05);试验组不良妊娠结局发生率为15. 22%,低于对照组的39. 13%(P <0. 05);试验组不良反应发生率为13. 04%,与对照组的21. 74%相比无明显差异(P> 0. 05)。结论门冬胰岛素联合麦芪降糖丸治疗GDM,降糖效果显著,且可明显改善妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin aspart combined with Maiqi Jiangtang Pills in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus（GMD）. Methods Totally 92 patients with GDM admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to September 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 46 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with the glargine, on this basis, the control group was given insulin aspart, while the experimental group was treated with insulin aspart combined with Maqi Jiangtang Pills. Results Before treatment, the levels of FBG, HbAic and 2 hPG had no significant difference between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）.After treatment, the levels of the above indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was 15.22%, which was lower than 39. 13% in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the experimental group and the control group （13.04% vs. 21.74%, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Insulin aspart combined with Maiqi Jiangtang Pills in the treatment of GDM has significant hypoglycemic effect, and it can obviously improve the pregnancy outcomes.
