军事院校生长干部学员性格与耐力训练关系研究

摘要 目的分析研究军校学员耐力训练中性格与训练成绩的关系,探讨提高学员训练水平的新思路。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素测验量表,对某军事院校随机抽取的30名学员的个性特征进行测试,使用SPSS 20.0软件中的Pearson相关分析将测试结果同多次耐力训练成绩进行相关性分析。结果人的稳定性特征对耐力训练有比较显著的影响。结论军校教员在组织学员进行耐力训练时,应该重视并充分发挥人的个性特征,提高训练效果。 Objective To analyze the relationship between personality and training performance in endurance training of cadets,and to explore new ways to improve the training effect of cadets. Methods The cattell 16 personality factors test scale,of a military school 30 students' personality characteristics of random testing,using Pearson correlation analysis in SPSS 20. 0 software will test results with multiple correlation analysis endurance training results. Results The stability characteristics of people have a significant influence on endurance training. Conclusion The cadet staff should pay attention to and give full play to their personality and improve the training effect when carrying out their endurance training.
