黄柏化学成分及其药理作用研究进展

Research progress of Cortex Phellodendri in the chemical constituents and their pharmacological effects

黄柏作为传统中药常用于临床,具有燥湿清热、解毒泻火、去腐消肿的功效,其主要化学成分为黄酮类和生物碱类,具有降血糖、降血压以及免疫抑制等多种药理作用。随着现代科学技术的不断发展,对黄柏的研究日益增多。对黄柏的化学成分及药理作用进行综述,为黄柏的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。

Cortex phellodendri is a traditional Chinese medicine with the effects of clearing away heat,purging fire and dampness,detoxification and detumescence.Its main chemical constituents are flavonoids and alkaloids,which have many pharmacological effects,such as immunosuppressive,hypoglycemic and lowering blood pressure.In this paper,the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of cypress are reviewed in order to provide the references for further research and development of cypress.
