摘要
3D打印技术与传统加工技术相比有巨大的优势,也有一定的局限性。为提高成型质量,以FDM技术工艺为例,分析了FDM技术成型质量的影响因素:工艺参数如支撑角与密封角,成型基准面的设置及模型的后处理。提出了提高FDM技术工艺成型质量的方法,为3D打印成型质量奠定基础。
3D printing technology has great advantages and limitations compared with traditional processing technology.In order to improve the quality of the molding and take FDM technology as an example,the influencing factors of the forming quality of FDM technology are analyzed:process parameters such as support angle and sealing angle,setting of molding datum surface and post processing of model.The improvement of FDM technology is put forward.The method of molding quality lays the foundation for the quality of 3D printing.
