湿法脱酸塔内喷嘴堵塞对脱酸效率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 湿法脱酸由于脱酸效率高广泛用于固体废物焚烧烟气净化中,但运行过程中喷嘴堵塞对烟气降温和脱酸效果有很大的影响。基于欧拉-拉格朗日计算模型,考虑脱酸内纯水液滴的蒸发和含NaOH液滴的脱酸反应,建立了适合模拟洗涤塔内多种类液滴、多种类异相反应的数值计算模型。对湿法脱酸塔内烟气降温及脱酸过程进行了模拟计算,得到了液气比对降温效果和脱酸效率的影响,并对运行数据进行验证。在模型基础上预测了喷嘴堵塞对降温效果和脱酸效率的影响,发现液气比3.0 L/m^3堵塞22%时,脱硫效率下降为94%;堵塞40%时,下降为88%。 Wet-deacidification is widely used in flue gas purification of municipal solid waste incineration for its high deacification efficiency,while the blocking of nozzle has great effect on the flue gas cooling and the deacidification efficiency.Based on Euler-Lagrange model, considering the evaporation of pure water droplet and deacidification reaction of drops containing N a O H,a numerical model for simulating the reaction of different kinds of liquid drops and heterogeneous reactions in washing tower was established. The cooling and deacidification processes of flue gas in the wet-deacidification tower were stimulated,and the effect of liquid-gas ratio on the cooling and deacidification efficiencies was discussed. Moreover,the running date was verified,and the result was in agreement with the actual operating data. Finally,based on the model,the effects of nozzle blocking on cooling and deacidification efficiencies were predicted. When liquid-gas ratio was 3.0 L/m^3,and 22% of the nozzles were blocked,deacidification efficiency would reduce to 94%;while 40% of the nozzles were blocked,deacidification efficiency would reduce to 88%.
