摘要
针对生活垃圾渗沥液MBR出水,构建了Pd催化氧化反应系统,设计了三相反应体系,分析反应流程,确定了主要的体系反应参数,得出了动态条件下的渗沥液处理效果。研究发现:本体系从吹脱、吸附和羟基自由基氧化3个方面进行渗沥液中难降解物质的处理,反应过程分为快速降解段、吸附饱和段、继续反应段和反应平稳段4个阶段。装置的最佳条件为:在气速30.00 mL/min、液速2.00 mL/min时,反应能够达到最佳的COD去除效率为73.22%,氨氮处理效率为82.33%。在整个反应流程中,前15 min内COD处理效果明显,占总的COD处理率的34.24%。
Pd-catalytic oxidation reaction system was established for landfill leachate MBR effluent treatment. The three phase reaction system was designed,and reaction processes were analyzed,while the main reaction parameters were determined,and the effects of leachate treatment under the dynamic conditions were obtained. Treatment of non-degradable substance in leachate were included blowing,adsorption and hydroxyl radical oxidation,while the reaction processes were divided into rapid degradation section,adsorption saturation section,continuous reaction section and stable section. The optimum conditions of the system were 30 mL/min of gas velocity while the liquid speed was 2 mL/min. Under these conditions,the reactions can reach the best COD removal efficiency of 73.22% and the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency was 82.33%. In the whole reaction process,the effect of COD in the former fifteen minutes was obvious,accounting for 34.24% of total COD removal ratio.
