摘要
厨余垃圾处理器(KWD)通过粉碎直排的方式,实现了厨余垃圾与生活垃圾的分离,从源头实现了生活垃圾的减量和提质。然而,厨余垃圾处理器的推广普及会增加市政污水厂负荷,可能会超出污水厂的最大处理能力。通过对深圳市全部污水厂的水质数据调研和分析,评估了现有污水厂对厨余垃圾粉碎直排处理的耐受能力。研究发现,虽然深圳市污水厂TN、NH_3-N负荷余量足以承受100%的厨余垃圾粉碎直排普及率,但进水COD和SS负荷余量不足是限制厨余垃圾处理器推广的最主要因素。
Kitchen waste disposer(KWD)can crush kitchen waste and then discharge it into the sewer to realize the separation between kitchen waste and domestic garbage,and to reduce quantity and improve quality of domestic garbage from the source. However,the popularization of KWD will increase the load of municipal sewage plants,which may exceed the maximum capacity of it. Investigation and analysis on water quality data of all the sewage plants in Shenzhen were carried out.Tolerance ability of existing sewage plants by the application of KWD was assessed. The results indicated that although the load capacity of TN and NH3-N in sewage plants in Shenzhen was enough for discharging into sewer system,the insufficient of load capacity of COD and SS was the most major limiting factor in the generalize of kitchen waste disposers application.
