Development on New Subgrade Box Laying Machinery Equipment

研究和开发了新型钢板路基箱铺设机械装置,实现了钢板路基箱搬运和铺设的精细化作业,并且将该新型装置安装在普通装载机上,借用装载机驱动,从而实现装载机的一机多用,进一步提高了作业效率、提升作业安全系数、拓宽设备使用功能、延长设备使用寿命等,该新型铺设装置已投入生产试用,基本能满足作业需求,待功能完善后可推广使用。

New type steel subgrade box laying machinery equipment were researched and developed,which realized meticulous process of handing and laying of steel subgrade box. The new device was installed on ordinary loader and achieved a multi-purpose machine by driving the loader,which further improved operation efficiency and safety factor,expanded the function and prolonged the service life of equipment. Currently,the new laying device has been put into production and can basically meet the needs of the operation,and can be popularized after the function is improved.
