摘要
针对往复式逆推炉排炉,分析了生活垃圾焚烧自动燃烧控制(ACC)原理,探讨了影响燃烧自动控制效果的变量,以及燃烧控制的输入量与输出量的逻辑关系,提出以蒸汽流量为控制对象实现垃圾稳定燃烧和机组安全运行,并开发了适合我国垃圾特性的自动燃烧控制方法,阐述影响自动燃烧控制系统控制精准度的主要因素,提升自动燃烧控制的可靠性。
For reciprocating back-stepping grate furnace,automatic combustion control principle of domestic waste was analyzed,while control variables and logical relationship between input and output of combustion control were discussed. The stable combustion of garbage and safe operation of the unit were realized by taking steam flow as the control object. Automatic combustion control method suited for local refuse was developed. Finally,major factors affected the control precision of automatic combustion control system was elaborated,which improved the reliability of it.
