泛非主义,由黑人世界的民族主义发展成为非洲大陆的民族主义,其内涵在不断丰富发展着。非统时期,泛非主义主要内容是推动非洲民族解放和国家独立,非统体现泛非主义"非洲统一"内涵;非盟时期,泛非主义主要内容是推动非洲国家走向经济、政治和军事的一体化,实现非洲大陆的复兴,非盟体现泛非主义"非洲一体化"内涵。由此得出,非盟代替非统,是泛非主义发展的必然结果。要实现非洲复兴,非洲首先必须坚持泛非主义,必须实现"一体化"。
