社会工作介入农村家庭暴力的具体策略研究——基于社会心理学视角

The Specific Strategies of Social Work Involved in Rural Domestic Violence:Based on the Perspective of Social Psychology

农村家庭暴力现象在当今社会仍然存在,在个别地区还存在不断增加的趋势和多元化的特点。为更好预防和解决农村家庭暴力,文章以社会心理学视角出发,重点围绕家庭暴力中施暴者的人格特征和社会动机两个方面,对农村家庭暴力主体进行了家庭、文化、社会环境等人格形成要素和诱发动机的综合分析。以此为切入点,结合社会工作的专业手法,从个人、小组、社区、社会工作行政四个层面,围绕农村家庭暴力行为中的施暴方和受虐方的心理调适、社会化、社区环境和社会支持网络等方面,梳理出具体介入方法和策略,从而为农村家庭暴力的消解提供有益的启示。

The phenomenon of domestic violence in rural areas still exists in today＇s society, and there are still increasing trends in some areas, and the development of rural domestic violence also presents a variety of characteristics. In order to better prevent and solve rural domestic violence. The article focu- ses on two aspects of the personality characteristics and social motivation of the perpetrators in domestic violence, focuses on the personality characteristics and social motives of the perpetrators of domestic vi- olence, and can＇ies out a comprehensive analysis of the factors of family, culture, social environment and so on. And taking this as the breakthrough point and combining the professional techniques of so- cial work, from four aspects of individual, group, community and social work administration, the con- crate methods and strategies are combed around the psychological adjustment, socialization, community environment and social support network in rural domestic violence, so as to provide useful enlighten- ment for the elimination of domestic violence in rural areas.
