摘要
大气环境治理工程普遍面临大口径管道气体流量测量不准的难题。通过多级组合式整流器的研究,开发了一套适用于大口径烟气流量连续在线的精准检测装置。将检测装置安装于大口径气体流量标准装置上并模拟工业现场各种流量管道条件,测试其流量特性和各种阻力件特性,结果表明:该装置流量测量精度能达到±2. 5%以内,压力损失在17%~35%;采用多级收缩式组合整流法能达到较好的整流效果,在无直管段的情况下也能达到良好的流速分布廓形,大大提高了大口径流量测量精度。
At present, atmospheric environmental treatment work is generally faced with the problem of inaccurate measurement of gas flow in large-diameter pipelines. Based on this background, a multi-stage combined rectifier has been developed to develop an online accurate detection device for large-diameter flue gas flow, and also simulate various flow pipeline conditions on the construction site, arrange the detection device is installed on a large-diameter gas flow standard device to study the flow characteristics and the influence of various resistance components. The test results show that the measurement flow accuracy of this product is controlled within ± 2.5% , and the product pressure loss is in the range of 17% -35%. Use Multi-stage shrinkage combined rectification method achieves better results. A good flow velocity profile can be achieved without straight pipe sections, which significantly improves the accuracy of large-caliber flow measurement.
