摘要
通过对2014年诏安湾养殖区海域水质调查数据的主成分分析,并利用线性多元回归模型,对叶绿素a和各水质因子之间的内在联系进行了分析。结果显示:诏安湾海域中叶绿素a的主要影响因子为无机氮和活性磷酸盐。主成分分析中选取的3个主成分的累计贡献率为82. 278%。叶绿素a的多元线性回归方程为Chl-a=5. 013-11. 192×DIN+18. 312×DIP。结果表明:此方程能够很好地反映诏安湾叶绿素a的变化规律。
By means of the analysis of data by principal component Linear regression on water quality in aquiculture area, Zhao'an Bay 2014, the intrinsic relationship was analyzed between chlorophyll-a and water quality factors. The results showed that the main influencing factors of Chl-a were DIN and DIP. The cumulative contribution of the three main components for the principal component analysis was 82. 278 percent. The multiple linear regression equation of Chl-a is Chl-a = 5. 013 - 11. 192 × DIN + 18. 312 ×DIP. The results show that this equation can well reflect the change of Chl-a in Zhao'an Bay.
