莫西沙星联合舒普深治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Moxifloxacin Combined with Shupushen in the Treatment of Bronchiectasis

目的探讨莫西沙星联合舒普深治疗支气管扩张的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2016年12月—2017年12月期间收治的120例支气管扩张患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(莫西沙星联合舒普深)和对照组(四代头孢联合喹诺酮类药物)各60例,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果与对照组患者患者相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率(96.67%vs 81.67%),(χ2=12.458,P<0.05)、1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)水平(2.68±0.39)L vs(1.74±0.42)L、用力肺活量(FVC)水平(4.39±1.25)L vs(2.61±0.78)L等呼吸功能指标相对更高(t=4.792,5.174,P<0.05),而咳嗽症状消失时间[(2.24±0.95)d vs(5.46±2.57)d]、咳痰症状消失时间[(2.51±1.02)d vs(6.14±1.25)d]以及住院时间[(9.25±1.46)d vs(14.36±1.62)d]相对更短(t=4.854,5.224,5.701,P<0.05)。结论莫西沙星与舒普深联合用药是治疗支气管扩张的有效方法,其疗效显著,具有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of moxifloxacin combined with Shupushen in the treatment of bronchiectasis. Methods Convenient select a total of 120 patients with bronchiectasis who were admitted to the hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group（moxifloxacin plus Shupushen）and the control group（four generations of cephalosporins plus quinolones drugs）. Each of 60 patients was observed for clinical efficacy in both groups. Results Compared with patients in the control group, the patients in the observation group had therapeutic efficacy 96.67% vs 81.67%（χ^2=12.458,P〈0.05）, and one-second forced expiratory volume（FEV1） level（2.68 ±0.39）L vs（1.74±0.42）L, FVC level [（4.39±1.25）L vs（2.61±0.78）L] and other respiratory function indicators were relatively higher（t =4.792,5.174,P 0.05）, and cough symptoms disappearance time was（2.24 ±0.95）d vs（5.46 ±2.57）d], the disappearance time of cough symptoms[（2.51 ±1.02）d vs（6.14 ±1.25）d] and hospital stay [（9.25 ±1.46）d vs（14.36 ±1.62）d] was relatively shorter（t=4.854,5.224,5.701,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined use of moxifloxacin and Shupu deep is an effective method for the treatment of bronchiectasis. The curative effect is significant, and it has high clinical application value.
