蛇床子散外洗配合硝酸异康唑阴道片(澳可修)治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效研究

Therapeutic Effect of Cnidium Officinale Combined with Isoniazid Nitrate Vaginal Tablets(Aokexiu) in the Treatment of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

目的探讨蛇床子散外洗配合硝酸异康唑阴道片治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效。方法方便选取2014年9月—2017年12月福州市第二医院妇科门诊收治的外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者150例,根据不同治疗方式分为两组,观察组给予蛇床子散外洗配合硝酸异康唑阴道片治疗;对照组单独应用硝酸异康唑阴道片治疗,统计两组治疗有效率及不良反应发生率,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组治疗有效率达81.33%,显著高于对照组52.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.212,P=0.000);不良反应发生率两组差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.012,P=0.891)。结论蛇床子散外洗配合硝酸异康唑阴道片治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床上优先考虑应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Cnidium officinale combined with vaginal tablets of isoniazid nitrate in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods A total of 150 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis treated at the gynecological outpatient department of the Second Hospital of Fuzhou from September 2014 to December 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. It was treated with vaginal tablets of isoconazole; the control group was treated with vaginal tablets of isoniazid nitrate alone, and the incidences of both effective and adverse reactions were calculated and statistically analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 81.33%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（52.00%）. The difference was statistically significant（χ^2=16.212, P=0.000）; the incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically different between the two groups（χ^2=3.012, P=0.891）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Cnidium officinale combined with isoniazid nitrate vaginal tablet in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis is effective, safe and reliable, and it is worthy of clinical application.
