摘要
目的探讨在梅毒螺旋体(TP)特异性抗体检验中罗氏电化学发光免疫法的应用价值。方法方便选取医院2016年2月—2017年9月收治的240例高危TP特异性抗体阳性患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,均采用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)、快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)和梅毒螺旋体血凝试验(TPHA)进行检验,并利用罗氏电化学发光免疫法检测TP特异性抗体。评价罗氏电化学发光免疫法的临床应用价值。结果 240例患者中经证实共有51例TP特异性抗体阳性,阳性率为21.25%;在51例证实TP特异性抗体阳性患者中罗氏电化学发光免疫法检测50例阳性;在189例经证实TP特异性抗体阴性受检者中罗氏电化学发光免疫法检测187例阴性,符合率为98.75%,灵敏度、特异度、阳性和阴性预测值分别为98.04%、98.94%、96.15%和99.47%。结论对TP特异性抗体检验中罗氏电化学发光免疫法准确度、灵敏度、特异度、阳性和阴性预测值均理想,临床应用的价值较高。
Objective To evaluate the value of Roche electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of specific antibodies against Treponema pallidum(TP). Methods The clinical data of 240 cases of high-risk TP-specific antibody positive patients admitted from February 2016 to September 2017 in the hospital were convenient selected and retrospectively analyzed using the toluidine red unheated serum test(TRUST) and rapid plasma renin card test(RPR) and the Treponema pallidum hemagglutination test(TPHA) were performed and Roche-specific electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect TP-specific antibodies. To evaluate the clinical application value of Roche electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Results A total of 51 cases of TP-specific antibodies were confirmed in 240 patients, with a positive rate of21.25%; 50 cases were positive for TP-specific antibodies in 51 cases; Roche electrochemiluminescence immunoassay tested 50 cases positive; 189 cases were confirmed TP Among 187 patients with specific antibody negative test, 187 cases were negative by Roche electrochemiluminescence immunoassay, the coincidence rate was 98.75%, and the sensitivity, specificity, positive, and negative predictive values were 98.04%, 98.94%, 96.15%, and 99.47%, respectively. Conclusion The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value of Roche electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of TP-specific antibodies are all satisfactory, and the value of clinical application is high.
