视神经脊髓炎谱系病临床诊治进展

Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Optic Neuropathy Myelopathy

1894年Devic等首次总结报道了17例急性横贯性脊髓炎及双侧视神经炎综合征患者,并将其命名为视神经脊髓炎(neuronyelitis optica,NMO),由此揭开了临床工作者及科研人员对NMO临床表现、发病机制、治疗等一系列的不懈探索和研究,随着研究的深入使我们对该病有着更全面的认识,从当初的NMO扩展到2007年提出NMO谱系疾病(NMO spectrum disorders,NMOSD),再到2015年对NMOSD临床诊断标准的提出。该文就近年来有关NMOSD临床诊治相关文献作一综述,旨在加深临床上对该病的认识,为更好的提高临床诊治水平。

In 1894, Devic et al. first summarized and reported 17 cases of patients with acute transverse myelitis and bilateral optic neuritis syndrome, and named it as neuromyelitis optica（NMO）. This opened up clinicians and researchers have unremittingly explored and studied NMO＇s clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, and treatment. As the research deepens, we have a more comprehensive understanding of the disease, from the original NMO extended to the 2007 proposed NMO spectrum diseases（NMO Spectrum disorders（NMOSD）, and then to the 2015 NMOSD clinical diagnostic criteria. This article reviews the relevant literature on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NMOSD in recent years in order to deepen the clinical knowledge of the disease and to better improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
