摘要
在核电厂建安工作中,在部分关键工艺系统中存在工艺管道接管座焊接施工工艺,由于接管座形式特殊、施工过程中的有效的质量评价手段欠缺最终导致相关接管座焊缝近70%存在层间未熔合或气孔、夹渣等焊接典型质量缺陷风险。本文对此类接管座焊缝典型质量缺陷产生的原因进行分析,并提出相应的改进措施来避免典型质量缺陷的产生,为后续同类电厂接管座设计改进和预制质量控制提供一定的参考经验。
During the construction and installation o{ nuclear power plant, a special welding process is needed for the process pipe socket in some key process systems. Due to the special form of the socket, and lack of effective quality assessment methods during welding, there is a risk of typical welding quality defects such as non fusion between layers or porosity, included slag for almost 70%~ of the socket weld seam. In this paper, the reasons for typical quality defects are analyzed, improvement measures are put forward accordingly to avoid such quality de fects, and reference experience is provided for design improvement and quality control of follow up plants of the same kind.
