基于混合学习的大学英语“翻转课堂”教学困境、成因及对策 被引量:8

摘要 随着信息技术的发展和高等教育信息化的推进,许多高校应用基于混合学习理念的"翻转课堂"教学模式进行大学英语教学改革和实践探索,但是效果并不理想。这主要是因为学生自主学习素养有待加强,教师对混合学习和翻转课堂的教育理念内涵理解和实践控制不足,评价考核制度和教辅服务支撑不到位。应该从培养学生自主探究学习能力、提升教师教学胜任力、强化高校制度建设和组织建设等方面找到破解困境的路径,切实提高大学英语的教学质量和学生的学习效率。 As the development of information technology and the advancement of higher education informatization,many universities and colleges adopted the teaching mode of based-on-blended-learning "flipped classroom"to carry forward the college English teaching revolution and practice exploration. However,the result is unsatisfactory. Through analysis,it is caused by the facts that many students fail to be autonomous learners,the teachers need to deepen their understanding of blended-learning and flipped classroom as two new educational concepts,and enhance their control of the teaching practice,and that the support of evaluation system and organization construction is not in place. It is suggested that solutions should be found in the ways of the cultivation of students' learner autonomy,the improvement of teachers' teaching competency,and the strengthening of the system and organization construction in universities and colleges,to effectively improve the college English teaching quality and students' study efficiency.
