1440例女性生殖道支原体的培养及药敏分析

Analysis of Culture and Drug Sensitivity of 1440 Cases of Females with Mycoplasma Genitalium

目的了解该院女性生殖道支原体感染情况及其耐药性特点。方法对2015年7—12月该院妇产科门诊收集的1 440例女性标本进行支原体培养、鉴定和药敏试验。结果 1 440例标本中共检出434例支原体,总阳性率为30.14%。12种抗菌药物中以四环素类的强力霉素、美满霉素敏感性最好,喹诺酮类药物均高度耐药,尤其是诺氟沙星。单纯Uu感染对大环内酯类药物具有很好的抗菌活性,而Uu+Mh混合感染和单纯Mh感染对大环内酯类中除交沙霉素外的其他药物均高度耐药。结论支原体感染以解脲支原体感染为主,抗菌药物以强力霉素、美满霉素和交沙霉素为首选药物,不建议该院支原体感染患者使用喹诺酮类药物。建议临床用药前尽可能进行支原体培养和药敏试验,根据药敏结果选用药物。

Objective To know the mycoplasma genitalium in females and its drug-tolerance features. Methods 1 440 cases of female specimens in our outpatient department from July to December 2015 were selected for mycoplasma culture, identification and drug sensitivity test. Results Of 1 440 specimens, there were 434 cases with mycoplasma, and the total positive rate was 30.14%. Of 12 antibacterial drugs, the sensitivity of doxycycline and mycophenycin was the best, and the quinolones drugs were highly resistant, especially the norfloxacin, and the simple Uu infection had a better antibacterial activity to the macrolide, and the mixed infection of Uu＋Mh and simple Mh infection were highly resistant to the macrolide drugs except for josamycine. Conclusion The mycoplasma infection is mainly the ureaplasma urealyticum infection, and the doxycycline, mycophenycin and oxytetracycline are the first choice of antibacterial drugs,and the patients with mycoplasma infection are not suggested to use the quinolones drugs, and the mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test should be done as far as possible before the clinical medication, and we should select the drugs according to the drug sensitivity results.
