子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果

Effect of Uterine Brace Suture in Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section

目的探析子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的治疗效果。方法选取该院在2016年1月—2018年1月期间收治的80例剖宫产产后出血患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组40例患者进行常规疗法,治疗组40例进行子宫背带式缝合术,比较两组手术总出血量和时间、住院和下床活动时间及术后并发症。结果治疗组手术总出血量(695±109)mL、手术时间(47.64±15.28)min、住院时间和下床活动时间(5.94±1.33)d、(2.10±0.81)d均显著低于对照组(1 358±130)mL、(85.31±19.62)min、(13.87±2.51)d、(4.92±2.37)d,差异有统计学意义(t=32.415,20.836,8.94,7.61,P<0.05);治疗组治疗有效率92.5%显著高于对照组40.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.81,P<0.05)。结论子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血效果显著,帮助患者快速恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of uterine brace suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods 80 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group used the routine therapy, while the treatment group used the uterine brace suture, and the total intraoperative bleeding amount and time, length of stay and time to get out of bed and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total operative bleeding amount, operation time, length of stay and time to get out of bed in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group[（695±109）mL,（47.64±15.28）min,（5.94±1.33）d,（2.10±0.81）d vs（1 358±130）mL,（85.31±19.62）min,（13.87±2.51）d,（4.92±2.37）d], and the differences were obvious（t=32.415, 20.836,8.94, 7.61, P〈0.05）; and the treatment effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group（92.5% vs 40.0%）, and the difference was obvious（χ^2=4.81,P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of uterine brace suture in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section is obvious, which can help patients recover rapidly, and it is worth clinical promotion.
