运用心理干预化解基层社会矛盾研究

Using psychological intervention to resolve the social contradictions at the grassroots level

随着我国社会与经济的发展迈入了新的台阶,在社会转型及利益格局调整的关键时期,基层社会矛盾也出现了诸多新情况与新特点。通过分析可知,这些新情况与新特点的出现不仅有现实层面因素,同样也存在心理层面因素,所以要想有效且充分的化解基层社会矛盾,还需重视心理层面的调整。通过心理干预,有助于矛盾当事人将压力排解,调整好心态与认知,起到有效的预防矛盾纠纷发生的效果。基于此,文章首先针对当前新形势中基层社会矛盾进行分析,并对如何运用心理干预去化解基层社会矛盾的做法展开研究。

With the development of China＇s society and economy,they have entered a new stage. In the critical period of social transformation and adjustment of interest structure,many new situations and new features have emerged in grassroots social contradictions. Through analysis,we can see that these new situations and new features not only have realistic factors,but also psychological factors. Therefore,in order to effectively and fully resolve the social contradictions at the grassroots level,we must pay attention to the psychological adjustment. Through psychological intervention,it helps the contradictory parties to resolve the pressure,adjust the mentality and cognition,and effectively prevent the occurrence of contradictions and disputes. Based on this,the article will first analyze the grassroots social contradictions in the current new situation,and study how to use psychological intervention to resolve grassroots social contradictions.
