大学生创业者社会态度、社会资本和生存境遇的相关性及作用机制

The Correlation and Mechanism among Social Capital,Living Circumstanse and Social Attitudes of College Student Entrepreneur

目的:分析大学生创业者的社会态度、社会资本及生存境遇的关系和作用机制。方法:用大学生生存境遇问卷、社会资本问卷和社会态度量表对168名大学生创业者进行调查。结果:关系社会资本和组织社会资本分别与主观境遇和社会态度两两相关;关系社会资本与主观境遇互为中介对社会态度发生作用;主观境遇作为中介部分影响着组织社会资本和社会态度的关系,三个中介效应的比重分别为16.27%、28.34%和16.93%。

Objective： Exploring the correlation and mechanism among social capital,living circumstanse and social attitudes of college student entrepreneur. Methods： 168 college student entrepreneurs were assessed with the college students social capital,living circumstanse and social attitudes questionnaire. Results： Relation social capital,subjective living circumstanse and social attitudes are significant correlation between each other. Institution social capital is also the case. And three mediating effects come to light： the influence of social attitudes on relation social capital was partly mediated by subjective living circumstanse,the influence of social attitudes on subjective living circumstanse was partly mediated by relation social capital,and the influence of social attitudes on institution social capital was partly mediated by subjective living circumstanse. The proportion of the three effects are 16. 27% 、28. 34% 和 16. 93%.
