摘要
清华大学公共管理学院始终高度重视学生社会实践,在国际化教育背景下,尝试将公共管理实践作为一门课程进行设计,遵循问题导向,从公共价值引领的育人责任与公共管理的学科使命出发,针对中外硕士生不同的教学群体,对公共管理实践进行课程目标差异化、过程保障同质化,以及实践形式差异化、考核要求同质化的精准设计,通过公共管理实践进一步培养中国学生的社会责任感和国际学生的中国认同感,实现理论知识向应用能力的转化。
School of Public Policy and Management,Tsinghua University,always pays attention to the field study during students training. As more international students joined the master program,SPPM redesigned and implemented field study for domestic and international Master-degree students respectively with different investigation processes and patterns under the same course objectives and assessment requirements. The redesign of field study was aimed at promoting Chinese students' public value and international students' identity for China respectively as well as transforming theoretical knowledge into application ability.
