刺嫩芽多糖提取工艺及其抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高刺嫩芽的多糖得率,在单因素实验的基础上,设计合理的实验方案,利用响应面法(RSM)优化刺嫩芽多糖的提取工艺,确定优化后的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度85℃、提取时间2 h、固液比1∶30,刺嫩芽多糖得率为3.19%;此外,对提取的多糖的抗氧化活性进行研究,测定了多糖的羟基自由基、DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力,结果表明,提取后的刺嫩芽多糖对这三种自由基都有一定的清除能力,并且对羟基自由基的清除能力要大于相同浓度的Vc溶液。 To improve the extraction rate of Aralia elata Seem polysaccharide,response surface method(RSM) was employed to optimize extraction process of Aralia elata Seem polysaccharidet after designing reasonable experimental plan on the basis of single factor experiment,and the optimum extraction process conditions were determined as follows:extraction temperature was 85 ℃,extraction time was 2 h,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶30,the extraction rate of Aralia elata Seem polysaccharide was up to 3. 19%. In addition,the antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides extracted under the optimized condition was studied,the scavening activity of hydroxyl radicals,DPPH radicals and superoxide anion radicals was determined. After extracting,Aralia elata Seem polysaccharide had ability to remove these three free radicals,and the hydroxyl radicals scavenging ability was better than the same concentration of Vcsolution,so the Aralia elata Seem polysaccharide had an antioxidant activity.
